Suk Gill, The Sales Coach Ltd, is a charismatic and enthusiastic training specialist who brings energy and passion to his training courses. He always looks to engage with his delegates with the view to making their learning experience as effective and enjoyable as possible. Suk Gill strives to make a difference – he truly values the importance of ensuring the learning is embedded. He has a very natural style which allows him to engage a room and help all delegates to implement their learnings to their specific roles.
Suk Gill brings a wealth of real life sales experience, having spent 10 years in numerous sales roles within the Financial services industry. He has seen sales evolve over the years and been successful during the Financial crisis of 2008/09 and has an understanding of how sales people have had to adapt to remain successful. Having developed and managed a number of sales teams over the years, Suk Gill has now dedicated his time to putting all of his experience, passion and enthusiasm into your teams.

Listen
We listen & take genuine interest in your business and people. As a business we like to spend time with you before during and after the training.
- Before – we listen to understand why and what the training needs to involve.
- During – We provide a coaching approach to training which means your teams will be engaged and involved from the moment they walk into the training. We don’t just talk and preach at them but we collaborate with them to arrive at our key learning outcomes.
- After – we have an embedding programme which is a 1-1 coaching session following on from the training to check in with each individual and provide any additional help and support.
